Our Pub Restaurant has the Best Pizza in Inglis, Florida

Sometimes, we just want a dang pizza.

We really enjoy our waterfront vacation rental near Crystal River, Florida. The house, part of Hideout Heights vacation rental, is tucked away from most of the hustle and bustle (except the busy deer and squirrels), but sometimes, ya just need to get out and grab some good local food.

When we crave delicious eats, we head to “Our Pub,” a favorite local restaurant in Yankeetown, Florida.

They have solid food, but my favorite is the pizza! You can call ahead and order takeout, which is what we do most of the time, or you can dine in.

They have numerous updates, showcasing the best of local food specials and beer offerings.

I know, it doesn’t sound like a pizza joint, does it? Well, that’s because it mostly isn’t.

In its previous life, it was a very divey, dive bar. But a great new owner took over, did some renovations, and now it serves all sorts of good food and drinks, making it a standout vacation rental Crystal River area attraction.

Why is this pizza my favorite?

The crust is super crispy on the bottom and perfectly chewy where it’s supposed to be. You can really enjoy a nice crust flavor along with the toppings. Speaking of which, the toppings are generous! There is so much cheese on these things, they should come with a warning label. Everything is hot and fresh and done well.

We are lucky to have this place so close in our town.

Bringing home a pizza from Our Pub is a solid way to have an easy evening after a long day of adventures in the surrounding area. Watching the sunset on the dock or the porch with some drinks and tasty food is as good as it gets. If you choose to get a table and eat at Our Pub, there is a nice beer selection as well as a full bar.

There are also pool tables to enjoy as well. It is a family-friendly place.

Whatever your plans are, our small town of Inglis near Crystal River, offers some nice restaurants to enjoy.
