Spacious Docking for All Boat Sizes

  • The floating dock easily handles boat around 40 feet LOA.  We’ve crafted a space where every guest’s boat can find its perfect spot. 

Fish Cleaning Station: From Catch to Cuisine

  • The dock has an awesome fish cleaning station so you can easily clean your catch when you get back from putting meat in the cooler.
  • There is a fresh water hose right next to the fish cleaning station.

Exclusive Boat Lift use for Extended Stays

  • There is a 6000 lb boat lift on the primary dock. Guests who choose Hideout Heights for their extended waterfront retreats, staying 10 (ten) days or more, may have access to the lift, so long as the boat fits the required weight and length.

Dockside Amenities: Fresh Water and Electric Supply:

  • Our comprehensive dockside amenities include convenient access to fresh water with good pressure from the house.
  • 120v electric supply, ensuring your boating needs are fully met. 
  • Withlacoochee River is fresh water from the “Yankeetown Marina,” so you don’t need to flush your motors and boat cleaning is easy.
